Zoey is a very sweet 11-year-old girl that is in desperate need of shedding a few pounds.  Fortunately, her foster dad takes his pack on walks everyday.  He’s starting out slow with her and, hopefully, she will slowly get into better shape. Zoey also struggles with incontinence. Due to her age, medical issues, and physical issues we think that Zoey should stay with her foster family for the rest of her life.
