Angel is a sweet and gentle 16-year-old girl who came to SBR when her family was no longer able to care for her. When she arrived, she was in very rough shape, struggling with itchy skin, hair loss, and in need of plenty of tender loving care. SBR stepped in to give this deserving senior girl the second chance she deserved.
With the love of her devoted foster mom and the wonderful support of SBR, Angel received the care she needed to feel comfortable again, including medicated baths, allergy treatment, vaccines, dental care, and lots of love. Her hair grew back, and she began feeling so much better.
Angel loves the simple comforts in life — cuddling close, burrowing under blankets, and snoozing away in a soft, cozy bed. But do not let her age fool you — this little lady still has plenty of pep and is known for being quite the spicy burrito! Her foster mom says she is an absolute doll and impossible not to love.
Because of her age, continued skin issues, and the strong bond she has formed with her foster family, Angel is now a cherished Forever Foster. She will spend her golden years exactly where she belongs — in the comfort of her foster home, surrounded by love and her foster siblings, while Suncoast Basset Rescue continues to provide for her medical needs.
