Staffing

Suncoast Basset Rescue is staffed entirely by volunteers. Everyone — those who process adoption applications, schedule and conduct home visits, coordinate transport, identify and coordinate care in foster homes, care for dogs in foster homes, manage social media, answer emails, arrange vet appointments, run fundraising events, and oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate intake from owner surrenders or shelters — donates their time.

Funding

Suncoast Basset Rescue is funded through donations, grants, and fundraising events. We place the welfare of our rescued basset hounds above all else, and we are committed to responsible stewardship of every dollar entrusted to us. We are enormously grateful to our donors and supporters whose generosity makes our work possible.
